Shipping Policy

At Parul chemicals, we understand the importance of delivering your products in the best condition and on time. Therefore, we take extra care in packing your orders with utmost care and have partnered with some of the most reputed transport partners to seamlessly deliver your products.

1. What shipping methods do you offer?

We offer only one method Prepaid.

2. What locations do you ship to?

We ship to 1000+ pin codes pan India. We can ship internationally on the basis of customer’s inquiry, & mutual understanding, & also if they agreed on the transportations cost then we shall proceed with their product.

4. How long will my delivery take?

The excitement of receiving a package knows no boundaries! That’s why at Parul chemicals, we do our best to make sure you receive your delivery ASAP. Orders are usually dispatched within 72hrs Monday to Sunday. Some products which are dispatched directly by our suppliers may have a longer dispatch time and this will be mentioned on each individual products page.
Orders within Gujarat, Maharashtra will be delivered within 4-5 days of placing the order and it takes up to 7-10 working days for orders to be delivered in other parts of India.
Please allow for a buffer for any delays in delivery by our transport partners which may be outside our control. Nonetheless, at Parul chemicals we have your back and will help you track the parcel and keep you updated.

5. Who will be delivering my order?

We team up with a range of reliable and trusted courier partners such as V-trans, Laji-Mulji, Jaipur golden, ACPL, Bhavna Road ways, OM Logistics, Safex Logistics, Punchmahel Transportations, TCI Freight, and TCI Express. In some instances where there may be a remote Pin code, we may utilize the services of other transport partners, however, this will depend on a case-by-case basis.
For all orders, you will receive a tracking number for ease of tracking and you will also receive updates via email or text.

6. How do I cancel or change my order?

If you need help canceling your order, please email us at info@parulchemicals.com or send us a WhatsApp on 9825336101, & call us on 9825637101 with your order number. If we have already processed your order, we may not be able to cancel it. Please refer to our Returns Policy for more details.
If you need to change your shipping address once your order has been placed, please reach out to us as soon as possible. If the order has already fulfilled already, we will not be able to change the shipping address.
